Use the fully equipped kitchen to turn that bag of groceries into a culinary triumph for your guests - the blender will make short work of those margaritas. Later, head down for an evening stroll with lapping waves and a canopy of starlight.

What’s nearby:
For some great coastline activity, rent a few electric bikes from Pedego 30A. You can take them through 16 distinct beach communities along the 19 miles of the paved Timpoochee Trail on 30A to find tons of sights, shopping, and dining opportunities. Nature lovers can spot lots of rare birds at Grayton Beach State Park, part of the Great Florida Birding Trail, just four and a half miles west. While you're there, sample a local brew at Grayton Beer Brewpub right next door.

This Condo has the perfect location right on the beach! The view from the balcony is perfect and the sugar white sands and quiet area of the beach are perfect! It was just as described. We really enjoyed our stay! I would stay here again! It would be great with some updated furniture on the balcony. The only downside as others mentioned is the parking spot was very tight. We had a Tesla with all the cameras. I can’t imagine having a bigger vehicle or no cameras. Just a side note if traveling with an EV vehicle. It also would be great if the building had an EV charger, it was tricky to get access to a charger on 30A. The closest super chargers are in Destin, Panama City or back towards highway 10.

Beach trip

It was quiet and the beautiful was view.

3rd floor no elevator, bed sunk in the middle.

Amazing location and views. Such easy access to beach. No elevator but didnt mind the two flights of stairs. Not fancy but clean but price is right. Liked having two bathrooms. Couldnt get tv in living room after multiple calls and a visit by a nice young man to bring us a new remote but still couldn't get it any input on it.

The title says it all. It’s on the beach with a nice balcony. But the unit is old. It’s a great deal if you are not a snob.
