Tasteful décor and beautiful views of the lagoon-style pool area, Gulf, and surrounding coastal dunes will make you feel relaxed the moment you arrive. First thing: take advantage of the blender to whip up a frosty margarita out on the spacious balcony. Centrally located on 30A with sought after amenities including fitness center, a pool, pickleball courts, and lighted tennis courts, this is a must-see!

Nestled between Eastern Lake and Deer Lake, rent a kayak and experience the rare phenomenon of Coastal Dune Lakes. Catch live music at the Seaside Amphitheater or The Hub two and a half miles east.

READ BEFORE BOOKING: RESORT CONSTRUCTION AND PARKING UPDATE
Building A is fully completed and open. Building B is undergoing exterior painting and balcony inspections. Building C is experiencing patio railing installation, inspections, and exterior painting.
Due to construction materials, the parking garage underneath Building C is completely blocked. On-site parking is extremely limited, so we strongly encourage bringing only one vehicle per party, if possible. Please expect intermittent noise, dust, and debris during your stay. Thank you for your patience as we improve our property.

We had the most magical stay! The property and location made our vacation so easy and relaxing. We especially enjoyed having direct private beach access, and having someone set up the chairs and umbrella each day was such a wonderful convenience. One of our favorite parts of the trip was riding bikes to the local ice cream shop! The condo was beautifully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy quality time together, while also being perfectly located near great restaurants, shopping, and even more ice cream spots when we wanted to explore. The condo was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful with any questions we had. We truly had an unforgettable time and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. We can't wait to return!
