Overview

Enjoy a stunning coastline view through floor-to-ceiling glass doors off both the living room and the main bedroom, as well as from your private furnished balcony at this third-floor, condo in Seagrove Beach. The spacious, tiled balcony also overlooks a breathtaking lagoon pool and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Exquisitely contemporary in style, this condo features a well-equipped kitchen. This resort features two swimming pools, lighted tennis courts, pickleball courts, a fitness center, and a sauna.

Here between Eastern Lake and Deer Lake, you can rent a kayak and experience the rare phenomenon of the coastal dune lakes. Enjoy some live music at the Seaside Amphitheater or The Hub, only two miles east. Watercolor and Grayton Beach offer brew pubs and wine bars for a casual nightcap as well.

Kayak on a nearby coastal dune lake, such as Eastern Lake and Deer Lake. See rare birds in Grayton Beach State Park (part of the Great Florida Birding Trail), then ride bikes through 16 distinct beach communities along the 19 miles of the paved Timpoochee Trail on 30A.

Other things to note

READ BEFORE BOOKING: RESORT CONSTRUCTION AND PARKING UPDATE
Building A is fully completed and open. Building B is undergoing exterior painting and balcony inspections. Building C is experiencing patio railing installation, inspections, and exterior painting.
Due to construction materials, the parking garage underneath Building C is completely blocked. On-site parking is extremely limited, so we strongly encourage bringing only one vehicle per party, if possible. Please expect intermittent noise, dust, and debris during your stay. Thank you for your patience as we improve our property.

This post is strictly for improvements. I would not recommend posting my comments.

we have recommended this condo complex to many other people several of which have stayed here and loved it as well. We just think the particular unit that we rent, B303, could use a little facelift at some point. We have stayed in a couple of other units at the Dunes that are much more updated. we would also recommend looking at the distribution of essential supplies in the condo unit or at least having someone in the office they can provide more if needed. as stated above, we had to go out and buy basic supplies like trash bags, toilet paper, Kleenex, hand soap because there was not enough supplied for the length of our stay.
