We had a beautiful and relaxing stay at The Landing 102 for my family of 6. We sat on the well equipped deck listening and watching the waves crash. The condo was just like the pictures. What you could not see in the pictures is how comfortable the beds are, and how awesome it is to have 3 large screen televisions in each of the bedrooms and in the family room. The kitchen has everything you need for a sit down dinner. The condo is bright and airy. Overall, I cannot express what a wonderful week we had staying in this condo and experiencing the Gulf Shores. We will be back to stay at The Landing 102!! Thank you so much!!

The condo was perfect for us. I was rather put off that they couldn't accommodate more than one vehicle with a parking pass and a parking spot in conversation before arrival. When we arrived, however, there were 2 parking passes left for us and plenty of parking! I would absolutely stay with this company again.

We wanted a quick, affordable getaway. This rental exceeded all expectations. There were no appreciable negatives and plenty of positives. Parking and the walk to the beach were our concerns going in and both were just fine. Parking situation was excellent and the walk to the beach was not bad. Pool was good and clean. Plenty of room in the apartment. View for an across the road place was better than I expected. You can see not only the water but quite a bit of beach as well. We love the beach but don’t enjoy the shoulder to shoulder crowds as you get down toward the 59 T. This section of beach was not overly crowded. I would recommend this rental and I will be more than happy to rent again.
