Things to know: Please note that group rentals are not allowed at Summer House on Romar Beach. No more than 5 units may be rented for groups of any kind. Any bookings found to be in violation of this policy will result in a fine of $500. This condo allows monthly reservations between November 1st and March 15th

This was perfect for our family. Stayed a week and had plenty of space. Kitchen had all we needed to cook basic meals. View of ocean was great and access to pool and beach were very convenient. It was clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great experience a few small little hicups. But what was able to be resolved was. Location was great! We LOVED this stay and cannot wait to come back!

Plenty of space and had all amenities we needed. Construction wasn’t too loud but had to walk around onto the parking lot to get to the beach or pool. It is a long walk to the water for anyone with mobility issues. Beds, couches, and seating were all just right for the condo. Overall would stay here again… after the construction is done! :)

The condo was set up nice. But the front door needs a new door stop, the refrigerator freezer smelt like fish and it drips into the refrigerator and the dryer you have to run it likr five times before your clothes get dry.

Great condo. Enjoyed the beach. Big. Plenty of room to set up. Close to lots of things to do. There’s currently construction going on so there’s some noise. You have to walk around the building to get to the beach and parking is an inconvenience as if you don’t het a space in the lot the overflow lot is across a very busy road with no cross walk or traffic light. But overall. It was good.
