This property has a large, wide balcony with well made outdoor furniture. The pool is also nice . The beach is really only a short distance from the back of the building. It presents well from the outside. Our unit was nice and the property reps we encountered were helpful and kind. We did feel a few things were lacking. There was a food odor when we arrived,a problem with a tv,no coffee maker that used pods, and decor was attractive but not without some wear.

Loved the pool and beach of course. Really liked that this property has security guard. Elevators were on and off which was a challenge at times as we were on 11th floor we had to wait a bit. Would not recommend walking to stores very dangerous to cross the road even if using the crosswalk. Property and interior furniture a little dated- they are doing work to exterior property.
