On-site, resort-style amenities include a split-level beachside pool and sundeck, an indoor pool with an oversize hot tub, Omni tennis courts, and a basketball court.

Just across the street, the Surf Style shop has a free splash pad for the kids available seasonally. For fishing excursions and more, make arrangements through Zeke's Landing Marina or SanRoc Cay, both less than three miles from this rental. And for outdoor adventures on land, the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail - Rosemary Dunes Trailhead is less than two miles from your front door, where you can spend some time hiking or biking on the many trails that wind through this 6,500 acre Gulf State Park.

Had a super time. Only downside was we drove 14 hours and didn’t have an official place until hour and half past the check in time. Our original place had a leak 7 floors above ours. Avari was great to find another place and it was really nice. They communicated but didn’t get a final response on a new address until I called. Gelo, works for Avari, was so kind and he worked for almost two hours of back and forth to get us secured in a similar property. Some of the suggestions were not similar to what we secured. Plus the new unit was less than what I paid, not sure what will happen with and return of $ difference. We know things happen, but with kids made for a super long and wasted first day.

This property has a large, wide balcony with well made outdoor furniture. The pool is also nice . The beach is really only a short distance from the back of the building. It presents well from the outside. Our unit was nice and the property reps we encountered were helpful and kind. We did feel a few things were lacking. There was a food odor when we arrived,a problem with a tv,no coffee maker that used pods, and decor was attractive but not without some wear.

Loved the pool and beach of course. Really liked that this property has security guard. Elevators were on and off which was a challenge at times as we were on 11th floor we had to wait a bit. Would not recommend walking to stores very dangerous to cross the road even if using the crosswalk. Property and interior furniture a little dated- they are doing work to exterior property.
