Cleanliness. Recliner broken and cooling and tv in front room not working

Bachar

All around great place to stay, will be looking to stay again!

The pool outside was huge! The indoor pool was a nice size as well. The location was great! The staff were very helpful and friendly. The beds were very comfortable which is one thing I was worried about but my worries went away as soon as I laid down the first night.

Leaving. On a serious note the elevators can take a while during rush hour. Most of the time it’s fine.

Avari response:

Thank you, Bachar, for sharing your experience with us. We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay and found the pools to be a highlight, along with our convenient location and friendly staff. It’s wonderful to know that the comfort of our beds eased your worries right away.

We appreciate your feedback about the elevators, and we understand how that can be a bit frustrating during busy times. We’re always looking for ways to enhance our guests' experiences, and your insights help us do just that.

We would love to welcome you back for another stay in the future. There’s always more to explore in Orange Beach, and we’re here to make your next visit just as enjoyable!

Definitely fine for what we paid

It was ok, a little outdated but works for the price.

Not enough toilet paper. Baseboards were dirty and floor’s could have been cleaner. Dryer was hard to operate.

Avari response:

Thank you, Leeanne, for sharing your thoughts with us. We appreciate your honest feedback about your stay. It’s great to hear that you found the value acceptable, but we’re truly sorry to learn that some aspects didn’t meet your expectations. Cleanliness is a priority for us, and we’ll make sure to address the issues you mentioned regarding the baseboards and floors.

We also understand how frustrating it can be when amenities like toilet paper aren’t adequately stocked, and we’ll work on improving that for future guests. As for the dryer, we’ll look into providing clearer instructions to make it easier to use.

Your experience matters to us, and we’re committed to making improvements. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again, as we’d love the chance to provide you with a more comfortable experience.
