The quiet home like setting and close to the beach.

The fact that it cost $50 for a parking pass and we weren't informed of that until after I paid for the room. I really did t think I should have to pay to park at a place where I paid to stay.

It was a decent place to stay. I would go back again.

There wasn't a breakfast. Convenient to restaurants and shopping

Elevator didn't work a couple times. Sliding balcony door wouldn't lock, but maintenance came and fixed it.

We really enjoyed our stay! We got a text day of letting us know we could check-in early which was amazing though we weren’t able to take advantage due to our own time constraints. The condo has everything you need + private beach access with code. Balcony faces the ocean. Very family-friendly complex with laid back and peaceful vibes. Lots of people were grilling, playing guitar, and kids playing but it still never got noisy. I will say to note - the shower head is extremely short. I am 5’7 and I had to duck to get my head under the water. Great water pressure just super short. Bathroom was clean but very dated. Could do with a bit of an upgrade but serves its purpose and nothing was broken. Another note - bedding. There was only 1 bed sheet and then a slightly heavier bed sheet - not a comforter or a quilt. The bedroom ceiling fan’s fan chain was missing so we couldn’t adjust speed but luckily I always bring one. All in all, I would stay here again and am very pleased with our stay!
