We visited this location for my daughter’s 13th birthday. I believe the condo location was perfect for the beach and the floor location was easily accessible especially on checkout when the elevators were full. We were able to sit from the balcony and watch our kids swim below. The only thing I would suggest is to bring a thicker blanket if you like heavy covers. The comforters were very thin.
