Located in the desirable, Phoenix Resort complex, enjoy access to a bevy of onsite amenities including a shared pool, beach access, hot tubs, gym, racquetball courts, and tennis courts. Back to home, the well-equipped kitchen has you covered for easy, at-home meals. Before bed, kick back on the plush sofa to stream your favorite shows and movie on the TV using the free WiFi. Central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer round out the in-home essentials.

Things to Know

All parking passes will need to be purchased online and no parking is allowed on site without doing so. You will be registered by the management company (before your arrival) into the HOA's parking system (VRPS). You will then receive an email to pay for your parking pass and put it on hold for your stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and we do not receive this. The reservation holder must be 25 years of age or older in order to obtain parking passes. Parking Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice. No RV's, trailers, or watercraft allowed on-site. If you have questions about passes, parking or other information, please see on-site attendant.

CONSTRUCTION NOTICE:
As an advanced notice, we would like to inform you of the Fall 2026 – Winter 2027 Work Schedule. The Phase 2 A and B portion of the building’s preservation project will include the north walkway repairs and coating, along with painting of the walls and ceilings.

Phase 2 A BLOCKING OF FLOORS AND UNITS ARE MANDATORY
• Phase 2 A is only for the north walkway flooring repair and coating
• Floors and Units will be required to be placed off all rental programs-BLOCKED
• Periods of LOUD NOISE from jackhammers, grinders, and chipping hammers should be expected.
• The contractor will start on the 15th floor and then proceed down, working two (2) floors at a time to assist in expediating completion.

Overall this was a great unit. Wonderful view- roomy for a family of 5 and it had plenty of plates, utensils, pots, and pans for cooking in the room if you chose. I would recommend a washing before using, but with a full kitchen and dish washer this was a minor issue. The washer and dryer was a plus as well. If you plan on drinking coffee the pot did not work, but you could use the kcup. Unit had 2 bathrooms which was also great for our family. We did run out of kitchen sized garbage bags so bring extra as the front desk does not provide things such as this. This hotel is going through construction right now and this information was provided when booking so we knew to expect this. Overall a great stay with some of the best views you could ask for.

Our son is leaving later this month for Basic Training for the Air Force so we took a few days to spend some quality time with him before he leaves. We truly enjoyed our stay, the summer crowd had mostly cleared out so we enjoyed the beach not being over crowded. Beautiful days of nice temperatures and no rain. Our room was nice and had everything we needed for our stay. All in all a very successful trip and lots of great memories were made.
