Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.

Fantastic location. Fantastic service. I generally thought it cost too much, but it was in keeping with comparables. Irrespective of cost, I would go again. I’d stay in that condo again. Avari were super responsive. Super helpful. Night one the bathroom sink plunger got stuck. I reported it. They immediately responded. They fixed it while we were at dinner. Never saw them. Had such a good time even thought about buying a condo down there.

I would recommend a mirror in the bedroom, and coffee filters. Maybe a fan in the eIavator. was a great place to stay.

You have to start with view. Absolutely amazing. This condo has a full view of the pool and an unobstructed view of the beautiful beach and ocean. I feel that this place is definitely worth the money. Very clean and had the amenities most anyone would need.
The beach is clean and well kept. Biggest (only) issue I had with the beach is its lack of walk ability. Sand is actually too soft to do a power walk and the shoreline is angled, so it makes it difficult to do more than a stroll.
Weather was perfect…I believe the high was in the low 90’s and dropped to the low 80’s with a cool ocean breeze in the evening. Very relaxing. Would definitely recommend

The view was amazing! The condo was just as described in listing. Very clean and easy to check in. Great location within walking distance to several places! We will definitely book here again!
