Comfortable but the facility needs repair.

Location

The property was advertised to accommodate 8. Only 4 towels were provided. The outdoor furniture is rusted out. The light switch controlled the outlets. Not all outlets worked. The ceiling fan in the spare bedroom was extremely noisy.

Overall, everything went well

It was close to the beach had a beautiful view, and it was close to all the convenience of the stores

The carpets look kind of nasty other than that. Everything was nice, but we did have a problem with the sink being stopped up in black water, cookie nasty garbage disposal was messed up and they had to fix that

My only complaint was that the microwave didn’t work. If we were there for a week it would be a huge problem, but since we were only there for a long weekend it was only a mild inconvenience. Bathroom sink was clogged and no blankets were provided for the pull out sofa bed other than a sheet. That should be in listings so people can come prepared. Other than that the condo was very spacious and the location was perfect. The balcony was perfect. I would definitely rent again.
