Great property for our family. Especially liked the ease of being able to walk right out the back door to the pool or boardwalk. Liked the indoor pool, hot tub and gym as well. Beach was fantastic. Only cons were: -dishwasher had a broken top rack, so we weren't able to use it. - one of the twins beds had a loose headboard that rattled quite a bit - the building next door (right outside the room) was having work done to the balconies and patios, so from 8 AM - 5 PM, it was noisy. I know that's no fault of the owner's of 106 though. All in all, good trip and would recommend this place for anyone staying in the area.

Vacasa never fails to provide a wonderful stay experience for our family. I’m so happy to have found this property for my family of 6 for our 5-night stay in Orange Beach. We loved having a floor-level unit— our kids loved the direct access to the pool and the quick walk to the shoreline. Inside the unit there was plenty of counter space for cooking, and ample dining space for our family of 6. The beds were comfortable and we appreciate finding places that provide a large common living room space with furniture that fits our family; we were able to spend much of time together inside and outside of the unit thanks to the amenities provided. A few minor issues occurred during our stay, and Vacasa support was readily available to assist. This was our second stay through Vacasa. We will absolutely book with them again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
