Inviting coastal-chic, beachfront condo with pool, hot tub, and tennis

I recently stayed at Windward Pointe 106, and while there were several things I loved about this property, there were also some concerns that need attention.
First, the location is absolutely perfect. Being on the first level made it incredibly convenient to access the pool, barbecue grills, and beach. One of my favorite features of the home was that each bedroom had direct access to the outside. That is a wonderful design concept and really added to our overall experience.
Unfortunately, the property needs a thorough deep cleaning and some furniture updates, particularly in the living room. The furniture is showing wear, and the all decorative/bedroom pillows appeared to need washing. There were also gnats present in both the kitchen and the bathroom throughout our stay.
When we arrived on Sunday, the television in the double-bedroom was not working. I immediately called the number provided and submitted a maintenance request. During that same call, I also reported the issue with the gnats. Unfortunately, no one ever came to address either issue, and I never received a follow-up phone call or email regarding the maintenance request.
My family and I enjoyed the home the best we could because the location truly is outstanding. However, the cleanliness and lack of response to reported issues were disappointing. With a deep cleaning, better maintenance follow-up, and some furniture upgrades, this property could easily provide a much better guest experience.

Great property for our family. Especially liked the ease of being able to walk right out the back door to the pool or boardwalk. Liked the indoor pool, hot tub and gym as well. Beach was fantastic.

Only cons were:
-dishwasher had a broken top rack, so we weren't able to use it.
- one of the twins beds had a loose headboard that rattled quite a bit
- the building next door (right outside the room) was having work done to the balconies and patios, so from 8 AM - 5 PM, it was noisy. I know that's no fault of the owner's of 106 though.

All in all, good trip and would recommend this place for anyone staying in the area.
