Disgusted!!

I liked the location and view

As soon as we entered there was a huge cockroach. Then when I pulled back the comforter on the king bed it had ointment on it. It was a velvet comforter and obviously not one they washed in between uses! There was also blood on the shower wall! The couch was so badly stained and I don’t want to even think about what has taken place on it.
We had to stay the night only because it was so late, but we were so disgusted that we didn’t even stay the second night. We cut our short trip even shorter.
I did make attempt to email the managing company but had no response. Besides picking this room..one other regret was not taking pictures, but we had to get out of that dump!

The room was good in terms of it doing its purpose, however check in was at 4 and the cleaning team was still in the room when we arrived. The management team was quick to respond on the first day to assist with entry, but never responded to further messages. The room was definitely out dated and needs a good renovation. In the original post when booking, there was mention of boards and other beach accessories present, there was none. The furniture had a few stains and rips, the bathroom toilet paper holder was broken… it just really needs to be updated.
