BEDROOMS & BATHS This unit sleeps four guests between the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room. The tranquil bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a 32” TV. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower - and is stocked with a hairdryer, a complimentary starter supply of toiletries and bath amenities, and plenty of towels. OUTDOOR AREAS A private covered patio offers ample space to enjoy the fresh coastal air and Gulf views in the distance. Sip morning coffee at the bistro table. Take dip in two outdoor pools or an indoor saltwater pool. Walk directly to the Gulf via the beach boardwalk. Play a game of shuffleboard on the shared courts. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer (with a starter supply of laundry detergent) are provided. Unassigned parking for one car is available in the outdoor lot. A parking pass can be purchased on-site for a one-time fee of $25 (price subject to change). RVs, trailers, 5th wheels, and 4-wheelers are not permitted on the property. Drive 20 minutes to The Park at OWA, a 520-acre amusement park and entertainment resort destination. Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.

The trip started off rocky when we couldn’t unlock the lock pad on the door at 10 o’clock. We had to contact Vacasa and it took a while for them to reply, but once they did they were prompt. We had a 10 digit number to unlock the pad lock and the lock only accepted 4. We eventually were able to go through a few passcodes over the phone with Vacasa guest services to open up the key lock box and then we just used the two keys the entire stay. The bed is pretty firm (my husband and I prefer soft) but it was okay. The ac unit is right beside the head of the bed in a closet and kept waking me up when it would turn on, so we just decided to move to the pull out couch and slept better there. There are two pools with a beach entry by each which is nice! We really enjoyed the beach, pool, and activities to do around the condo.
