Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Ocean view

I liked the fact that it has a corner balcony and that there is direct access to the beach.

I did not like that there wasn't a bolt lock on the inner door. That was concerning having small children who can potentially open the door and walk out.

I did not like that when walking bare footed through the condo that the floors felt very oily/greasy.

I didn't like that the appliances were so out dated.
The fridge is very old! It kept food cold 🙄
The stove is also old and the buttons are broken.
The washing machine has a very very nasty soured smell when you open it.
The couches are old, out dated, and stained up. The love seat has a mild urine smell that is noticeable while sitting.

I did not like all the glass top tables. They are very dangerous. The glass tops are not even secured to the table frame. This condo is rented to families who have children yet this home is not very safe for children. The glass can easily and accidentally pushed off of the table frame and shattered putting small children in danger.

I did not like that the AC did not get under 72 degrees through the condo and 73in the two front bedrooms.

Our Stay at orange beach this time was for my husband and I, our vowel renewal wedding on the beach.
It rained our entire stay except our wedding day and the day we left. Bummer. But at least we had a beautiful view an slept in a nice comfy bed with great pillows.

If you stay, get a air mattress and sleep on the balcony and enjoy the stars and ocean sounds. Over all this condo is very outdated but has comfy mattress, cold fridge, and great view! All TVs and wifi worked. .

Good time, wish we could of stayed longer

Ocean front, easy parking, very nice location for kids lots of space!

The property was pretty old, the washer and dryer hadn’t been cleaned, just needs to be updated a bit
