This unit is a good choice if you're looking for a budget friendly option. The unit needs some updating and repairs, but nothing that made us regret our booking. Like they say, you get what you pay for. I hope some of the damaged items are replaced soon. (Broken outlets, broken burner on the stove, and a cracked kitchen trashcan).

Mostly glass dishes in the kitchen, but plenty to accommodate 7 people. Plenty of baking dishes, utensils, and boiling pots. Only one small frying pan and no oven mit though.

The double bed in the second room fit two adults, this was one of our concerns when booking. There was also a mattress topper and extra blanket in the closet.

Pros of this stay:
•Perfect distance to the beach
•Two outside showers to rinse sand off
•Private pool access
•Free, assigned, parking for two cars!
•Perfect distance between gulf shores attractions, orange beach attractions, and Flora-bama
•We stayed with a toddler and had no problems for him.
•Wasn't overcrowded for us on the beach (August stay)
•Two full bathrooms!
