The Nordic Villas subdivision is located in a remote corner of Orange Beach, so you can enjoy the privacy of a house away from the masses. This private community offers a host of shared conveniences on its manicured grounds, including two outdoor pools (each with plenty of room and lounge chairs for sun worshippers), two charcoal grills, a firepit, and two additional large parking lots. Each house features an ample private parking area and its own boardwalk leading to the beach. Cancellation for this property must be 90 days prior to arrival.

The house was clean and in the perfect location. Throughout the house, several light bulbs were out and multiple electrical outlets did not work. Only complaint.

We really love this location. This was our second time staying here and it did not disappoint. Direct access to a beach that’s not overcrowded, a lovely and well kept 3 level home with plenty of space, great accommodations- what more could a family and some friends want for a summer trip. Thanks so much for helping us pull off yet another great Beach Vacation!

Loved the size and amount of bathrooms. 8 adults and 5 kids had plenty of room in this home. Clean and right on the beach.

The house was very spacious and clean! Our large family had plenty of room to be together and then had our own rooms for privacy. The walk to the beach was just fine for most, however we had three seniors over the age of 70 with us and it was a bit of a walk for them. One of the children in our group got a splinter in her foot on the main deck so please be careful. We brought a Keurig along with us so everyone could bring their own coffee and that was a great idea! Every bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Make sure you bring extra paper towels, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, and laundry detergent. These items are much cheaper to bring from home! Overall, we had such an awesome time and I would highly recommend this vacation hometo anyone. The views from the balcony were beautiful! Sure, it could use some updates on the furniture, but none of that really mattered to our family!
