Overview

Lund is a popular house with expansive room sizes and can easily accommodate 20 guests for family get-togethers, weddings, or corporate retreats. The sea and sun come in throughout the house. With six King beds and two primary Suites each with a private balcony overlooking the Gulf, Lund will make you forget what day it is by Monday. The house is designed to allow large groups to be together and provide space to be apart. The first floor opens to a walkway to the sea and has its own living room and mini kitchen with an icemaker, refrigerator, and microwave, which makes it popular for retreats or weddings. The second-level balcony easily seats 10 and affords a place in the shade to take a long wished-for nap, read that book, or watch the sea. With swimming pools and lounge chairs on one side and the beach on the other, Lund promises to provide a relaxing time for all.

there were a few issues but overall great.
-missing towel bars in master bathroom on 2nd floor
- refrigerator had a leak inside that i would clean the shelf off daily .
hose bib at back patio does not turn completely off.

love the ice makers , walkability to the beach was awesome when traveling with 4 children 3 and under

This property was just as advertised. Perfect location for our large family vacation. Right on the sand. We had one issue for maintenance and they were quick to fix the problem. Would definitely stay here again.

We visited at the end of April for our yearly family vacation. We had 15 people ages 2 through 71. Plenty of space! Everyone had their privacy but we had large areas to gather. The house has the normal wear for a vacation rental & a few things could be replaced (balcony doorknobs, deck speakers, fire pit, etc) but nothing that interfered with our stay. The view is absolutely beautiful! We were far enough from the public access that the beach in our area was pretty private. Plenty of parking spaces & easy check in and out. Would definitely stay here again!
