Carpets in bedrooms were stained and dirty.
Bed linens were too thin and no actual comforter for beds. Appeared to be black mold in master bathroom. Code didn’t work for entry and stayed on hold for an hour trying to get ahold of someone to help us into the listing. Which made us miss a dinner reservation made after traveling all day.

We loved our stay there! We look forward to potential stays there in the future. Our only suggestion is better blankets for the bed as they are as thin as the sheets. Overall we had a great stay and look forward to more!

I emailed the management company a week prior to our check-in and never got a response. They never even communicated the unit number so we had to figure it out based off the WiFi name. When we finally got to the condo, the door code did not work. I had children and groceries in the hallway for over 30 minutes while I waited on someone from the management company to pick up the phone. It was not a great way to start a vacation and they refused any type of compensation for the inconvenience. Despite all this, I will say the condo is spacious and has a great view.

The location was amazing. The condo unit was dated with broken towel rack in the master bathroom and mold in the shower, broken picture in the hallway and very basic amenities. Only one towel per person and no beach or pool towels provided. Overall size was adequate but a bit cramped for six people. I would not stay in this unit again.

My husband and I had such a great time at orange beach Alabama. On our 11 wedding anniversary The places was very clean. Close to restaurants , souvenir shops , the ocean front view was amazing and we seen so many dolphins it was amazing . The pools were very nice and clean the hot tub was as well. Everyone we spoke to was so nice and helpful made us feel right at home. We are glad we booked with you guys and look forward to coming back soon .
