Whip up delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a full suite of appliances and ample countertop space. Dine together at the adjacent table, or eat alfresco on the balcony.

Things to Know

All parking passes will need to be purchased online and no parking is allowed on site without doing so. You will be registered by the management company (before your arrival) into the HOA's parking system (VRPS). You will then receive an email to pay for your parking pass and put it on hold for your stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and we do not receive this. The reservation holder must be 25 years of age or older in order to obtain parking passes. Parking Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice. No RV's, trailers, or watercraft allowed on-site. If you have questions about passes, parking or other information, please see on-site attendant.

CONSTRUCTION NOTICE:
As an advanced notice, we would like to inform you of the Fall 2026 – Winter 2027 Work Schedule. The Phase 2 A and B portion of the building’s preservation project will include the north walkway repairs and coating, along with painting of the walls and ceilings.

Phase 2 A BLOCKING OF FLOORS AND UNITS ARE MANDATORY
• Phase 2 A is only for the north walkway flooring repair and coating
• Floors and Units will be required to be placed off all rental programs-BLOCKED
• Periods of LOUD NOISE from jackhammers, grinders, and chipping hammers should be expected.
• The contractor will start on the 15th floor and then proceed down, working two (2) floors at a time to assist in expediating completion.

This space was big enough for our family plus some extra. We REALLY enjoyed the big corner balcony and the closet full of beach toys. The outdoor/indoor swimming pools, short walk to the beach, lots of cabinet/counter top space for cooking and storing things. The beds were great and comfy! 10/10 will book this rental again.

The location is amazing, and the apartment is huge. The problem we did have was problem looked into and solved by the local team. The hot water was great once we worked out how to turn it on (hint - the handle should be *opposite* where the marker is - who knew?). We had a great time.

Our family of 9 spent the week here at the end of July. We enjoyed this unit so much! We all had plenty of room. All the beds were comfy. The air was cold and the showers were hot! We never had to wait long for elevators. Parking was easy. Check in was easy. Vacasa was quick to respond back to our inquiries via text. I honestly cannot say 1 negative thing. And the corner unit…views were to die for! Such a quiet, relaxing, enjoyable time!
