Home in Orange Beach, Alabama

While you’re there

Check out some of our favorite parts of Orange Beach. Sourced from our local teams who live there.

The Southern Grind

From fluffy breakfast plates to killer cold brews and frappes, this is the kind of place that makes mornings worth waking up for—and yes, you can grab their beans to keep the good vibes brewing at home.

Buzzcatz Coffee & Sweets

Made-to-order breakfasts, homemade baked goods, specialty coffees, and indulgent ice cream—the kind of scrumptious neighborhood gem that makes every trip to Orange Beach taste a little sweeter.

Cobalt

With a breathtaking sunset over the bay as your backdrop, expect lavish brunch buffets, fresh local seafood, and sinfully good desserts that'll have you planning your next visit before the check arrives.

The Hangout

Where the highway meets the beach—delicious food, live entertainment, a foam pit, sand pile, games, and Gulf Shores' most iconic beachside atmosphere all under one roof.

Acme Oyster House

Authentic New Orleans seafood meets pure Gulf Coast fun—ice-cold raw oysters, legendary chargrilled favorites, and the epic 'Peace Maker' po'boy. Life really is more fun with seafood.

Flora-Bama Yacht Club

Almost as legendary as the famous bar across the street, the Flora-Bama Yacht Club delivers an unbeatable combo of jaw-dropping food, warm service, stunning waterfront settings, and live music — because on the Gulf Coast, it really doesn't get any better than this!

The Gulf

Stunning shipping container design, elegant rustic cuisine, and a genuinely welcoming staff—the kind of magical seaside destination that feels like a hidden gem even after everyone discovers it.

Cosmo’s Restaurant & Bar

Hand-cut steaks, fresh local seafood, and a Banana Leaf Wrapped Fish so iconic it made the list of "top 100 dishes to eat before you die." This Orange Beach gem is anything but ordinary.

Tropic Falls at OWA

The Gulf Coast's ultimate year-round playground—a jaw-dropping indoor water park with 75-foot slides, a convertible glass roof, outdoor wave pool, surf simulator, and 23 theme park attractions for nonstop family fun.

July 2026

We enjoyed our stay and found this home to be a good choice for our family vacation. The house is spacious, basic rental level maintained, and comfortably accommodated our group of 13 without ever feeling crowded. There was plenty of parking, and the location is excellent—close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment while still providing easy access to the beach. The host was responsive and easy to work with throughout the process, which made everything go smoothly. The kitchen is functional and marginally stocked for everyday use, but if you’re preparing meals for a large group, be aware that it has a single residential electric range and one oven, so cooking multiple dishes at once can be challenging. Having three refrigerators was helpful. We also found that there weren’t enough drinking glasses for a group our size, although the ice maker kept up very well and was a nice feature. The two pools are clean and enjoyable, but neither offers any shade, so plan accordingly during the hottest part of the day.One thing future guests should know is that beach setup can be frustrating. Guests from the nearby Phoenix condominiums and other neighboring properties frequently place umbrellas, tents, and chairs directly in front of the house on the beach. This happened consistently during our stay and can obstruct the view and make it difficult to find space directly in front of the property.Overall, we had a wonderful week.

Avari response:

Thank you, Guy, for sharing your experience with us. We're thrilled to hear that you and your family enjoyed your stay and found the home spacious enough for your group of 13. It’s great to know that the location worked well for you, allowing easy access to the beach and nearby attractions.

We appreciate your feedback about the kitchen setup and the glassware. We strive to provide a comfortable cooking environment, and we understand that accommodating larger groups can sometimes be a challenge. Your insights will help us improve the experience for future guests.

We're glad you enjoyed the pools, even though we recognize the need for shade during those hot days. We'll keep that in mind as we look for ways to enhance our outdoor spaces.

Thank you for mentioning the beach setup situation. We understand how that can impact your experience, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

Overall, it sounds like you had a wonderful week, and we would love to welcome you back for another stay in the future. Your comfort and enjoyment are our top priorities, and we’re here to make your next visit even better.

July 2026

House does not have both a private pool and shared pool as listed. It only has shared pool.Nice house, comfy beds, and 2 laundry rooms. One washer didn’t work. We reposted it but no one fixed it. House had been cleaned but still had empty beer cans littered on back patio and children’s dirty clothes under couch pillows. There were also a couple of dirty wash clothes hanging on master shower door. Host was quick to respond. Very comfy beds2 laundry roomsWould come again.

Avari response:

Thank you, Laura, for sharing your experience with us. We’re glad to hear you found the house comfortable and enjoyed the beds, as well as the convenience of having two laundry rooms. However, we truly regret that the cleanliness and maintenance didn’t meet the high standards we strive for. That shouldn’t have happened, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

We’re also sorry for the confusion regarding the pool situation. We want to ensure our listings are accurate and clear, and we’ll work on improving that. Your feedback is invaluable as we continue to enhance our guests' experiences.

We’re grateful for your understanding and would love the opportunity to host you again. Thank you for considering us for your next stay in Orange Beach.
