Guests will be registered by the property management company in the HOA's parking system prior to check-in and will receive an email with instructions for purchasing parking passes. Parking on the property is not permitted without a valid pass.

The primary guest must be at least 25 years old to obtain parking passes. Parking fees are set by the homeowners association and are subject to change without notice.
