The inviting living space provides comfortable furnishings and a flatscreen TV, creating the perfect spot for relaxation. An expansive balcony with alfresco dining overlooks the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The fully-equipped kitchen offers all you need to create your favorite recipes. Take advantage of amenities at Phoenix II, including a shared outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, kiddie/wading pool, sun deck, racquetball court, covered gazebo with grill area, arcade room, tennis courts, fitness center, and private beach boardwalk. Things to Know All parking passes will need to be purchased online and no parking is allowed on site without doing so. You will be registered by the management company (before your arrival) into the HOA's parking system (VRPS). You will then receive an email to pay for your parking pass and put it on hold for your stay. This is an HOA imposed fee and we do not receive this. The reservation holder must be 25 years of age or older in order to obtain parking passes. Parking Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice. No RV's, trailers, or watercraft allowed on-site. If you have questions about passes, parking or other information, please see on-site attendant.
