Just three miles up the coast, discover restaurants, shops, and a full-service marina at SanRoc Cay Marina. And for outdoor adventures, set off on the Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail, located just two miles west.

This is our 3rd stay here and it's just such a beautiful unit, light and bright and coastal, makes you feel relaxed just walking in. The balcony is big, and the view is always amazing! We love the bartop table & chairs, but like that there are 2 chairs now on the balcony also. Everything is always clean and you can tell they take care of this unit! We wouldn't even think of staying anywhere else...love it!!

Our daughter got married at Orange beach. We went from one property to another. This was by “FAR” the best of the 4 properties we rented for our large family on Perdido Beach. It was so clean, you could smell clean as a non smoker walking in, there was not grit so it was mopped and vacuumed, it had everything we needed to cook and live while we stayed. It was roomy, practical and the view was gorgeous! We felt like we were at home! I was the quality we were use to when traveling. I highly recommend staying in 1204! I will be back.
