The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo! PROS: -Great location of the unit -Amazing wraparound view! -Short walk to the beach -Starter cleaning pack very handy -Bed in the Master is super comfy -Water pressure is great (be gentle with the kitchen faucet) -Air conditioner works well (front bedroom a bit warm, tho) -Family friendly atmosphere -security guards shut down some rowdy teens, playing inappropriate music. -Zero sand on the floor when we arrived!!! CONS: -Moisture problems on the ceiling of both bathroom showers -Zero extra blankets - front room with the twin beds gets very warm so we had to turn the air down, freezing everyone else out. You may want to bring a fan. -Need more towels or a faster clothes dryer - especially with 5 women and their hair. -Chair rental guy was not nearly attentive or accommodating enough -even after we rented 5 chairs and 3 umbrellas for our entire stay and tipped him incredibly generously. -No beach towels provided -this may be the norm, but I’m new at this. All in all, this place is a gem. Though there are a few things on my cons list. I would absolutely book this condo again.

This place was perfect, a short walk to the beach, chair service available (for extra) but beats me lugging my stuff!! My favorite is the corner view and wrap balcony!

Upgrades to kitchen appliances needed. A thorough deep cleaning is necessary, ie. floors, baseboards, between appliances/cabinets. However, location of unit is fabulous. I would stay there again.

We traveled 470 miles and arrived at the condo at 4:15 and entered the condo. Condo was dirty and nobody had cleaned it. Dirty towels were on all bathroom floors and coffee table. Trash was in all waste baskets and food and food stains were on the counters and table. All sheets were stripped from the beds. After calling vacasa 3 separate times over 2 hours and 20 minutes and watching my wife clean what she could, they sent cleaners to clean the Condo. It took the cleaners approximately 1 hour to clean the Condo. The Condo had a great view and was convenient being on the second floor. Vacasa, please don't send me an automatic apology. I've read them on other complaints and they're all the same.
