Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.

We really enjoyed our stay, however if we had known some details, it would have made our stay much better. If you are staying here, it will be very helpful to read our review.
Pro’s:
- Beach front & great location!
- On your way back walking from the beach, the condors have an outdoor shower and hose to clean off the sand.
- Elevator and beach entrance are steps away from this condo unit location.
- Nice large balcony off living room and master bedroom.
- Plenty of seating in the condo.
- Very well stocked cooking and eating utensils and pots & pans.
- Close to restaurants, Walmart Market, etc.
- TV’s in living room and in each bedroom.
- Washer & dryer in the condo.

Con’s:
*Our stay was for 5 nights.
- They kept asking me to go on to a 3rd party site and enter information about me and our stay. I had to refuse 3 different times, as AirBnB specifically told me not to ever go off of their site to communicate. It was super frustrating!
- They control your air conditioning from afar.

Enjoyed our stay ,only stains I would say were walls and could use some deep cleaning with dusting. Overall everything was great except communication from host, felt more like I was communicating with a robot than a human. No response to any of my questions when I messaged. So just not personal.

Seaside Beach and Racquet Club is a great location. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The sofa is getting worn and there were no blankets in either bedroom. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The view from the balcony is gulf front and gorgeous.
