You are paying for location with this one. Probably the best location on orange beach. You step onto the beach from your back patio and 50 yards down to the water front. Beach is clean here. You can set your chairs and gear up on the beach straight out from this place and leave it all day till sundown, but better get out there early, beach was full by 9am. Close to all the local shops and restaurants. The condo itself was ok, sleeps 6 in beds and has a pullout sofa bed if needed for 8. Good size patio and a 2nd floor master bedroom balcony. Starting to show wear and tear in the #4 unit. One of the bathrooms floor was soft from water damage and central a/c system is pretty loud but works. bring essentials if you are staying for more than a couple of days. Plenty of dishes and cookware are provided if needed, board games and leftover beach toys from previous guest . Again you are paying for location. If your looking for a luxury indoor spot for your group to set around inside this is not for you, living/dining area is pretty cramped for 4 people. If you want a great hangout and spending your time outdoors then there is none better in my opinion on this particular beach.

Great location, beautiful inside and out, private walk out to beach (but put your chairs out early as people from high rise next door use the open space!) Quiet at night. And close to everything!
