Location was terrific! Just steps to the ocean or pool. Plenty of space for our large family. Second floor AC couldn’t keep up from late morning until bedtime but first and third floors were nice and cool. Everything was clean, but cooking supplies were very limited. Internet mostly did not work, but we were at the pool or beach most of the time so it wasn’t a big deal. It was nice having multiple refrigerators, washers, and dryers. The house is not new and could use some renovations but was a great deal for a large group. All in all our stay was wonderful.

Great house for a large multi-generational family vacation. Having the beach as the backyard was the highlight. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing comfortable week. Would definitely recommend.

Our family of 13 had the best time here! The house had enough room for us to spread out, but a big enough living room and kitchen for us to come together. Having direct access to an unbusy beach was amazing!

The house was clean and cozy. We loved being able to walk out the door and onto the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots/pans, crock pot, blender and much more. Be sure if you do not receive the gate code along with the entry code to property to be sure to get it before you get there as we spent 10 minutes at the gate on the phone on hold trying to get ahold of someone to get gate code. Beyond that our experience was great. We enjoyed our stay. Be sure to bring your own beach chairs and umbrellas as well.
