THINGS TO KNOW Seaside Beach & Racquet Club consists of five buildings located on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of each room number corresponds to the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not have Gulf views. Building 3 provides a panoramic view of the Gulf, while Buildings 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

We loved this condo! Only down fall was how loud the construction work was from 8:30-3pm our first 2 days we could not hear each other talk and it was a bit inconvenient and displaced us! My toddler slept in the car for his nap the first 2 days of vacation and they didn’t offer us anything for that inconvenience Other then saying it was out of there control! Other than that the condo was perfect! We will definitely stay here again once construction is complete!

Easy access to get in but you do have to pay for $50 for the parking pass during your stay :/ The inside is nicely decorated and cute! Everything was very well cleaned when we arrived, I absolutely loved the beach side view and we had a good view of the pool too. Getting to the pool & beach is super easy and not too far of a walk. It’s definitely perfect for a solo or couples get away trip. Will stay here again in the future!

Absolutely perfect for us to spend our anniversary weekend. Loved the view of the ocean and the sound of the waves. Condo was exactly as described and couldn’t find anything wrong with it.
