All on one floor, your inviting fourth-floor condo presents a beautiful, full Gulf view. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, and enjoy fresh coastal breezes on your scenic balcony. Extra perks include a living area sofa bed, a private washer/dryer, free WiFi, and central air-conditioning.

After spending an afternoon in the sunshine, cool off in one of Seaside’s outdoor or indoor pools, or indulge in a visit to the sauna or steam room before retiring to your vacation rental. You’ll also have access to Seaside’s tennis courts and fitness room during your stay here.

Things to Know
Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Great location for beach if you don’t mind a rookie rental

Proximity to shops etc was fantastic, beautiful view of the beach!

The door is very, VERY difficult to lock because the locks have been changed so many times. It doesn’t latch most times and is very loose. There were times we couldn’t lock it, so one of us had to stay in the unit to ensure nobody just walked on in. (Very frustrating and unprofessional for the safety of your clients.)
There isn’t a bath mat at all. So after your shower you’re taking your life in your hands walking across the slick ceramic tile in wet feet. With just enough towels for the guest, there aren’t any extras for the floor to make due for the lack of a basic shower mat/rug.
Listing agent never sent us a code for the gates that give you entry to the beach. Because it was a Holiday weekend, reaching someone was difficult.

The condo was very nice. Beach and pools are right there and clean. The view was better than what I expected. The problems I had was that 1: when I showed up I couldn’t even get inside. The code had to be changed with the customer service rep to gain access and then upon entering I discovered there were so sheets, towels, toilet paper, paper towels kitchen rags or trash bags. It was obvious that we were completely forgotten about. The customer service rep assured me he put in the order to help me with those things but then told me he could not promise I would have these necessities that we had already paid for until the next day. After a few moments I decided to call back and got another rep who quickly reached out to the local workers and got us taken care of, very grateful for her.

Very clean on arrival. AC worked very well in the summer heat. Perfect view and location. Great for a couples weekend getaway.
