The living room features ample floor to ceiling sliding glass doors and windows that bring the beach inside.The master suite features a King sized bed with a private entrance to the balcony and allows for the guest to see the ocean without leaving the bed. All bedrooms have access to the balcony and Bluewater 401 features a full sized side by side washer and dryer. With an indoor and outdoor pool and indoor hot tub and exercise room you'll hate to leave, but you can sure come back!

The condo was wonderful. The views are amazing. It’s really nice to be able to leave any bedroom and hit the balcony and be able to make your way all the way around the dining table perfect height to be able to see over the railings to watch the sunrise, sunset are just to sit and enjoy the view of the Gulf The ramp to the beach is short, which makes it nice. The kitchen was equipped with both the Keurig and a regular coffee pot, which was really nice and ice machine made it easy to feel drink cups and coolers for day trips.

My family has stayed in BlueWater 4 times. We booked two corner units this year, including 401. We love the balcony of the corner unit.

The location was really nice and close to the beach. The AC was nice and cold, and the ice machine was a favorite. The WiFi worked perfectly. It was nice and spacious. We loved the balcony table and seating, the best room of the house. We only had 3 complaints, washer machine was out of order, the double bed room had a smell, and we were only given 2 parking passes. We did enjoy our weekend vacation.

Our favorite rental in Orange Beach!! We loved the covered porch and furniture overlooking the Gulf, we enjoyed many hours out there. Clean and comfortable. Ice maker was a favorite amenity for sure!! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed in this unit twice. A week in 2023 and a week in 2025. We enjoyed our stay each time. When we are ready for our next trip to Orange Beach, we will see if this unit is available.
