The beach & location is great! The rental itself definitely not what we paid for or expected. We arrived & the place was dirty. We had to clean the counters, mirrors, & vacuum. The carpet was still dirty, that we couldn’t even let our kids sit on it without putting a blanket down! The refrigerator had a broken drawer & shelf, which limited what we could put in there to stay cold. Only 2 burners on the stove worked, which we expected to be able to cook there. We had 5 kids & 4 adults staying, didn’t even provide enough towels or wash cloths per person. During the stay the wash machine stopped working & you had to run the dryer multiple times to get things to dry. Also, the internet didn’t work! Traveling with little kids this was a big issue. Above all the lack of communication & response we received from the host was problematic. I had messaged several days before our booking to ask some final questions, still no response. I continued to get email, texts (autogenerated), no response!

I attempted to contact management the entire duration of our stay to get the correct WiFi password, and they would not respond. Location has poor cellular service so without WiFi it was a great inconvenience to plan our day to day activities. I didn’t like the fact that management flat out ignored me the duration of our trip after initially responding to me the first time.
