Things to Know:
Guests will need to check in at the front desk. At that time they will be asked to sign a Guest Registration form and a Pet Acceptance Agreement (if applicable).
Daily amenity fee ($34.00 plus tax) is added and built in to the total reservation charges. The amenity fee ensures guests have access to all resort amenities.
The community pool is heated in winter months.
Guests are to contact us for any maintenance issues in the unit.
Guests are not to contact front desk for unit supplies (towels, soap, laundry det., etc...) They will need to contact us.
If guests arrive early the front desk will store any luggage while waiting for 4:00 check in. They will also be allowed to access the shuttle.

BLACKROCK is a great condo complex with a resort feel. Yet, it’s more reasonably priced than those directly on mountain. Easy 10 min drive access to east entrances of Deer Valley. Can access Park City Resort as well. East drive to really anywhere in the area including Main Street in PC. Very close to Jordanelle. Underground heated parking. Sweet hot tub, heated pool, sauna and steam room. Big exercise gym. Love the activity room with many TVs, billiards etc. great for kids! Units are clean, modern, well appointed and organized. Again, resort like amenities. Highly recommend BLACKROCK for your next visit to Park City area!

My best friend and I stayed in Unit 617 at Black Rock Mountain Resort and absolutely loved it! The top floor views were breathtaking—we started each morning with coffee on the balcony, soaking it all in. The condo was perfect for a friends’ trip: we each had our own bedroom with a private attached bath, which gave us space to unwind, but we loved coming together to play games at the big table and relax by the fireplace.

The resort has everything you could want—coffee shop, great cocktails and service at the bar and restaurant, and even a ski shop right on-site. It made it so easy to grab rentals and take the shuttle to Deer Valley for incredible skiing. After a day on the slopes, the heated pool and hot tub were amazing to come home to. We can’t wait to come back!
