Things to Know:
Guests will need to check in at the front desk. At that time they will be asked to sign a Guest Registration form and a Pet Acceptance Agreement (if applicable).
Daily amenity fee ($34.00 plus tax) is added and built in to the total reservation charges. The amenity fee ensures guests have access to all resort amenities.
The community pool is heated in winter months.
Guests are to contact us for any maintenance issues in the unit.
Guests are not to contact front desk for unit supplies (towels, soap, laundry det., etc...) They will need to contact us.
If guests arrive early the front desk will store any luggage while waiting for 4:00 check in. They will also be allowed to access the shuttle.

It is very conveniently located, F&B is really outstanding, no complicated menus and very tasty and very good! The 2 bedroom unit is ideal to travel with family.

Fabulous location in the Black Rock resort, the condo is in the quiet part of the building away from Construction. The condo is in perfect condition, everything works and it feels brand new.

Our stay at Black Rock Mountain Resort was fantastic! The condo itself was beautifully appointed, clean, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated having a full kitchen, which made preparing meals easy. The resort amenities were a huge plus – we loved relaxing in the hot tub after a day of exploring Park City, and also really enjoyed having access to both a sauna and a well-equipped gym. Great resort in a fantastic location! Black Rock Mountain Resort had everything we needed for a wonderful and relaxing stay. Highly recommend!
