Property was very nice and clean. Parking in underground parking structure which had a daily rate but was very convenient. Two beds, a king and queen. Pool and hot tub were great. Nice location away from the crowds (late summer). Our areas for improvement as others have noted was the AC ran continuously and was not able to cool room to set temperature. The ducts blow right over the primary bed so that can be annoying. It was still relatively comfortable. Check in process was a little clunky but front desk helped and host was very responsive on app. Overall we would stay here again!

Avari response:

We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay with us, Dustin! It’s wonderful that you found the property clean and appreciated the convenience of the underground parking. The pool and hot tub are definitely highlights, especially during the summer months when you want to unwind after a day of exploring.

We understand your concerns about the AC and the check-in process. We strive to provide a comfortable environment, and we appreciate your feedback on the cooling situation. It’s great to know that our team was responsive and able to assist you during check-in.

We would love to welcome you back for another stay in the future, where we hope to make your experience even better!

We had a nice time overall in this fairly well-appointed space. We appreciated the large beds, the kitchen things, and the large bathroom. We absolutely loved the walk around the lake across from the development, and we had a wonderful time at the pool. Communication was also very good. Unfortunately, this probably wasn't the best room for our situation: I didn't quite realize that there were skylights everywhere which meant it didn't get dark enough for our toddler to take a nap. There was also carpet everywhere, and when plans changed and we ended up eating dinner in the room, it would have been nice to have even a small table and chairs because we didn't want to spill things on upholstery, so we all sat on the floor around the coffee table which wasn't ideal. I'd probably advise against this room with young children. As far as potential problems, I hate saying this because I know cleaning crews work so hard, but the bathroom needed a good scrub: there's stuff running down the walls, and the shower curtain has black moldy spots all along the bottom. We also didn't realize that there's a door that connects to a whole, separate apartment below us, and although there's a lock, it didn't feel as secure; had we know that, we might not have booked the room. Overall, it was a fine stay, and if you don't need some specific routine stuff for kids, it's probably a really good space. We said we'd look for other units in the complex or nearby because we loved the location.

Avari response:

Thank you, Ginger, for sharing your experience with us. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the spaciousness of the beds, the kitchen amenities, and the large bathroom. It’s wonderful that you had a great time at the pool and appreciated the lovely walk around the lake.

We truly value your feedback regarding the skylights and the challenges they posed for your toddler’s nap time. We understand how important a dark environment can be for little ones, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We also recognize that having a small table and chairs would have made your dining experience more comfortable, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience that caused.

Regarding the cleanliness issues you mentioned, we take this very seriously. That shouldn’t have happened, and we will address it with our cleaning team to ensure that our standards are consistently met. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities.

We appreciate your insights about the connecting door and will make sure future guests are aware of it. It’s great to hear that you loved the location and are considering other units in the complex. We would be delighted to welcome you back for another stay that better suits your needs. Thank you again for your thoughtful review.

We had a fantastic stay! The room and property was perfect and was in such a beautiful location! We were within walking distance from fun activities like an art fair, a food & drink festival up in the mountains (via a ski lift right next to us). Great marks from the property management company. Very responsive, check-in/check out were very smooth.A

Great location! This place has really beautiful, peaceful surroundings. My son loved catching fish in the ponds close by. The shuttle to downtown Park City was also a huge plus to avoid paying for parking there. (There was a 15 / day onsite parking fee to park in the garage at The Lodges). The room was more spacious than we thought it would be, There was a toaster oven (not mentioned in description when we booked). Things that could have been better were the shower curtain really needed to be replaced, A/C seemed to struggle - barely kept it cool enough during the hot summer days we had while there, and check-in was a pain due to the TPA verification software not working properly. The Lodges front desk staff were kind & helpful but it still took longer than it should have because it was difficult getting in touch with the TPA. We would stay here again.

Avari response:

Thank you, Chantele, for sharing your experience with us. We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and that your son had fun fishing nearby. It’s great to know that the shuttle service made your trips to downtown Park City easier.

We appreciate your feedback about the shower curtain and the A/C. We understand how important these details are for your comfort, and we will address them promptly. We're also sorry to hear about the check-in challenges you faced with the TPA verification. That shouldn't have happened, and we’re working to improve that process for future guests.

Your willingness to stay with us again means a lot, and we look forward to welcoming you back for another stay. Thank you for choosing Avari!
