This stay is great! It’s in beautiful Deer Valley among the condos next to the ski slopes. A great place for a morning walk in the fields and ponds behind the condo.

The condo is super clean, spacious, and gets great light. It was a short drive to downtown Park City. 10/10 recommend.

This is gorgeous, well-equipped condo and in a wonderful location with a view of ponds and across to the Deer Valley ski slopes. The free Park City shuttle stops right outside the complex making it easy to get to and from downtown Park City. The bed is super-comfy, the kitchen modern and clean, and the view is spectacular from the balcony. A couple of things to be aware of before you go: you climb a flight of stairs as soon as you come through the front door up to the living space, there is no AC, and access from the below-ground parking garage was a little challenging, especially after dark. Grab an outdoor parking spot and take advantage of the shuttle. Overall, this is a beautiful condo and we would definitely stay there again!

The place was quite clean and comfortable but a bit old (built in the 70s or early 80s). However the kitchen and bathroom are updated and well-equipped. The place is very spacious and quite comfortable to stay in. It has a mountain view to the east and west with morning light, and a dedicated parking spot in the complex' garage. On top of that, the Avari team has been quick to respond, very friendly, and accommodating.
