The yard leads to the famed Power Line Trail - perfect for hiking and mountain biking. Travel less than 5 miles to Lakeside Beach and all-season activity at Heavenly.

LIVING AREA

Sprawl out on comfy leather furniture in the Great Room next to the flickering gas fireplace and watch the 60in TV. Unwind in the game room, equipped with a foosball and pool table, a 50in TV, fireplace, and wet bar.

KITCHEN & DINING

The state-of-the-art kitchen boasts quality stainless steel appliances -- including a six-burner gas range with a griddle. Enjoy snacks at the five-seat island. When it's time to eat, gather around the dining table for 10.

BED & BATH

The tranquil primary bedroom features a king bed, fireplace, 50-inch TV, and private balcony access. The en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity, walk-in shower, jetted tub, and a walk-in closet. A second suite offers a king bed, fireplace, 50-inch TV, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The third and fourth guest rooms each have a queen bed, while the fifth bedroom is furnished with two full-size beds. The sixth bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds. A guest bathroom is located on each level; both include a tub/shower combination. Make use of the oversized sauna equipped with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Sliding glass doors open to the elevated deck overlooking the woods. Relax on plush furniture while supper sizzles on the grill. A covered lower deck has a six-person hot tub, and the yard is fully fenced.

We stayed for two nights and had such a wonderful experience at this property. The home is cozy, beautifully maintained, and welcoming, which instantly made our group feel at home. Each bedroom was comfortable and clean, and the thoughtful layout provided both privacy and spacious areas to gather together.

Highlights of our stay included the roomy living room for relaxing and entertaining, the billiards table downstairs for fun evenings, and the patio where we enjoyed a barbecue (on a non–fire-risk day). The kitchen was especially impressive — well-equipped and perfect for our group that enjoys cooking and sharing meals.

The location was ideal: tucked away in a quiet, safe neighborhood yet only about a 10-minute drive to downtown South Lake Tahoe and the casino strip. Getting to shops, restaurants, and entertainment was easy, while the peaceful setting allowed us to unwind and recharge.

The property manager was quick to respond and attentive to our needs, making the stay smooth and worry-free. Overall, this home had everything we could ask for in a fun, comfortable getaway, and we will definitely look forward to booking again in the future.

As a small gesture of appreciation, we also made sure to tidy up before leaving, grateful for such a lovely place to spend our time together.

We had a really good time. The house is out of the way of all the congestion but close enough to get to there center of town in 10-15 minutes. The layout was excellent - huge kitchen and dining area. The pool room downstairs along with the hot tub was the best
