This two-story home boasts 2,700 square-feet of living space with hardwood floors, vaulted wood ceilings, and tasteful furnishings. Enjoy ultimate privacy from your spacious deck. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate a location with close proximity to the lake, nature trails, and Heavenly. Explore the outdoors with hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and biking right out your door. You're minutes from Heavenly and a plethora of Stateline casinos. Drive 10 minutes to Lake Tahoe. Grab snacks at Lira's Supermarket or check out a variety of nearby restaurants. LIVING AREA Kick back on two sofas and an armchair in the living room for a movie on a 48-inch TV with cable. Unwind in the bonus space with an armchair, sleeper sofa, and sofa. Peruse the board games and gather for game night, practice your skills at the foosball table, or long on to your favorite apps on the Roku TV . KITCHEN & DINING The well-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a four-person breakfast bar, a pantry, and a butcher block island. Gather for meals at the six-person dining table. THINGS TO KNOW This property is not equipped with air-conditioning. Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.

Thank you for hosting us.My family had a wonderful relaxing and comfortable stay. From the host’s quick response to a warm ,clean ,friendly atmosphere and great location everything was perfect.We’ve love to come back here again and recommend to friends and family.

Our group of 6 loved the place! It was super roomy, had fun board games, in a quiet neighborhood and was a short 10 minutes to Stateline. Located in a nice area close to town, but also away for some nature vibes. Plenty of towels and blankets provided. It does have a lot of stairs, something to note if you have seniors or people who can’t climb stairs in your party. Overall really clean, some parts could use a little focus but nothing major. Garage would fit small compact cars, but not medium/large SUVs.

This house was better than expected. Only several minutes from the lake, it was located just minutes from some great coffee shops, markets, and restaurants. Also, it was just a short drive to hiking with some great views and kayaking on Emerald Bay. The house had PLENTY of room and parking and a kitchen with everything you'd need to making meals. The deck in the back of the house is a great spot for hanging out or enjoying some natural forest beauty. Would definitely stay here again.
