Situated 0.4 miles from Heavenly's Stagecoach Express Chairlift, you'll be just minutes from world-class winter fun and recreation. Plenty of great hiking trails abound nearby, and the condo is just over six miles from Lake Tahoe public beach. Top-rated restaurants, bars, and family-friendly entertainment can be found in Stateline, less than five miles away. Golfers in the group can cross one of the nation's 'Top 100' courses off their bucket list with a round at the Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course. On-site perks include a heated pool and hot tub, which add extra vacation value. Community Enhancements: Please note that starting Monday, July 21, 2025, the Tahoe Village office, pool, and spa will be temporarily closed for renovations as we begin construction on a brand-new clubhouse. Demolition work will begin immediately, and the new facilities are expected to be completed by December 31st, weather permitting. We appreciate your understanding as the community improves its amenities for an even better guest experience in the future.' The condo comes well-appointed with all the home essentials, including a full kitchen, comfortable furnishings, and free WiFi. A smart TV and gas fireplace provide the perfect centerpiece for casual downtime in the living room. A washer/dryer is available in the unit for your convenience.

Permit number: DSTR0914P Gatherings and events that exceed the maximum occupancy of the vacation home rental are prohibited Renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicles, renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500. Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced. Booked this for the number of beds, had 5 people and we got 5 beds. Generally clean and easy to check into/out of. Brought our own cooking supplies but kitchen was stocked enough for the cooking + making coffee. TV is a roku and parking permits are generally provided although empty when we arrived but this was corrected within a day. Nice and quiet neighborhood, at least in the summer when we visited.

We enjoyed our stay at Stagecoach Ski Condo and it ended up being a great place for us to stay. We just wish that there was a bit more information provided before we arrived. We got there late at night so it was dark, and finding the unit was a bit challenging. This could have been fixed with a map and where to find the unit. Additionally, we did not know that there was available parking near the top of the unit so we drove all the way to the bottom and had to climb the 74 stairs. Providing a map and instructions that you can park at the top on the hill would have been appreciated. Additionally, there was no information about where the hot tub was located or what hours it is open. We had to look at the satellite image and drive over to the hot tub to figure that out. Also, none of the TVs in the rooms were functional. The only TV that worked was the one in the living room. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time because the images show TVs on all three of the rooms.
