This conveniently located vacation rental provides easy access to all the attractions and activities the area has to offer. Whether you're interested in hiking, skiing, or exploring the nearby casinos and entertainment venues, you'll find it all just moments away. The condo also showcases stunning views of the surrounding area. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy living room with a gas-burning fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Things to Know Community Enhancements: Please note that starting Monday, July 21, 2025, the Tahoe Village office, pool, and spa will be temporarily closed for renovations as we begin construction on a brand-new clubhouse. Demolition work will begin immediately, and the new facilities are expected to be completed by December 31st, weather permitting. The place was lovely and conveniently located near the Stagecoach lift at Heavenly. There were a few little things, like the cleaning rags left behind, the blow dryer didn't work, the setting on the refrigerator wouldn't move and the food that was on the top shelf would freeze and lastly the wifi kept failing and we'd have to reset the router to get it to work. But overall, the place was perfect for our needs.

Perfect for winter vacation for skiing

For 3 of us, this was the perfect cozy stay for 2 nights, conveniently located a short 5 minute walk from the stagecoach lift! Plenty of parking, relatively easy to find in the resort area, and only a 5 minute drive to the nearest market, and 15 minute drive from the larger village area with restaurants, etc. The house was clean - there was only 1 minor problem with water in the kitchen - otherwise everything was comfortable!

location was helpful as I have family close by. unit was first floor--no steps which was really great for the area. was by myself for most of 3 wk. stay. perfect for one--(or a couple)
