Nestled on the top of a ridge just two miles from the Tahoe Donner Ski Resort, this home offers you a beautiful adventure launchpad. Take in stunning views of Donner Lake down in the valley below and the high Sierra beyond from inside the house and from the deck. After fun-filled days, enjoy indulgent soaks in the private hot tub. Amazing shared amenities include a pool, sauna, a dock, and tennis courts.

The expansive, 4,000-square-foot interior features stunning woodwork, vaulted ceilings, picture windows, and high-end furnishings. Concoct a refreshing beverage at the wet bar next to the gas fireplace in the Great Room. Cook a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy at the large dining table. Upstairs, a landing space provides a ping-pong table that doubles as a pool table. The main suite offers a gas fireplace, deck access, and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a huge, circular tub for added comfort. Additional perks include Optimum Broadband internet.

The Tahoe Donner HOA has instituted new changes to their Guest Pass Policy. This home has 6 guest passes (one pass per person aged 3 and up). Tahoe Donner amenity rates are subject to change. 6 cards are available with 1 person per card. Please contact Tahoe Donner for up to date pricing.

2026 Short-Term Tenant Card Restrictions
STR cards are welcome at the private amenities approximately 332 days of the year. To prioritize member access during the holidays, STR Tenant restrictions are being implemented on the following dates:

We loved this house. Fit 9 people very comfortably. Every bathroom had a heated toilet seat, so nice during the super cold nights.
