This property, ideally positioned in the middle of three Mt. Hood ski resorts, will welcome you home from a day spent skiing or hiking to an inviting living area complete with a gas fireplace and a large modern kitchen with all of the appliances needed to make vacation-worthy meals. The master bedroom has its own gas fireplace and direct access to the condo's private balcony. You'll even have access to the Grand Lodges' own heated outdoor swimming pool, large hot tub, and sauna! With views of Mt. Hood, Collins Lake, and the slopes of Mt. Hood Skibowl, the Grand Lodge South is a premier vacation rental. What's nearby: This beautiful home sits within walking distance of Government Camp's great shops, restaurants, and brewpubs. If you're looking for skiing and snowboarding, Mt. Hood Skibowl (one mile), Timberline Lodge (six miles), and Mt. Hood Meadows (13 miles) are all within easy driving distance. There is a shuttle from the condo driveway on weekends and holidays. Come summertime, you'll have plenty to do, including wonderful hiking and mountain biking at local trails and lakes within a 20-minute drive. This rental is only minutes from nearby Mt. Hood Adventure Park featuring ski and snowboard runs in winter and a variety of warm-weather activities in the summer including an Alpine slide, zip lines, horseback riding, mountain biking, and mini-golf. We have stayed here two years in a row because the condo itself is in great condition and is really comfortable for our family. Great couch to relax on, all the beds are comfortable, very reasonable kitchen, and lots of room to play. Very close to town, close to a sledding hill, and a hot tub/pool. Covered parking is a bonus, too! We have had issues each year with accessing the unit (code doesn't work), and this year the oven/fireplaces weren't working, but we did get some relatively quick responses from the support staff. I really hope they're able to resolve the issues because we would love to keep coming back!

Our week at Collins Lake was great! This was our second time staying at this property and we have recommended it to several friends. The layout is perfect for our family of four and the beds were very comfortable. Only complaint were some minor issues with the main toilet (may be in need of a new handle) and the elevator being out of order several times during our stay. Overall, we enjoy this property and still recommend. We will be back again next year.

Stayed here multiple times. Having the open space was really nice for all of our gear. View of Mt. Hood is stunning. Only negative is that the road noise can be bad if you have windows open on one side of the unit. We used the fans for white noise.
