We have always used Vacasa for our trips a couple of times a year, but this is the first time we've encountered issues in one of the homes. The toilet flush valve on the second floor runs continuously, and the faucet is leaking. We also found hair from previous guests on some of the pillows and a significant amount of dog hair throughout the place. Under the couch was very dirty, and I am concerned whether the sheets were even washed. It’s clear that the cleaning service is not doing its job properly; the neglect is noticeable as soon as you enter the home. On a positive note, the house is very comfortable and has everything we needed. The beds are comfortable, there is a TV in every room, and there is enough space for eight guests. We loved the house overall, but the cleanliness was disappointing.
