This was a spacious unit, with an actual garage which was so nice.
The amenities were great.
The locks and codes were finicky, the thermostat didn’t seem to work correctly, and several pieces of furniture were broken on arrival. We made sure to document that so we wouldn’t be charged for those issues.
The responses were slow and seemed auto generated, sometimes not even answering the question asked.
We still had a great time and the area is beautiful!

The condo was wonderful getting the suitcase up both stair cases was a little tricky and the condo doesn’t have a pac and play so if one is in need of one you might have to pack your own or purchase one like we did. The condo is big enough for your family to enjoy.

The garage code didn’t work. New battery was needed and since we got little help from management company we bought a new battery. Then we found out the code we were using was incorrect. A neighbor helped us get in. In the meantime, the front door code…10 digit code…didn’t work intermittently. We were climbing Mt Hood and had a window of time to eat, sleep, and prepare for a midnight start. It was very inconvenient to be locked out of the condo. Management team was not helpful. We were told the office was closed for the day. At 3pm. Really? I was never so frustrated. I have never experienced a lack of caring. The script was “I am so sorry” but little action was taken to assist. I won’t be staying there again, not because it wasn’t a nice place; because I won’t risk not having access a place I paid for. And who has a 10 digit code to enter a condo???

The place is great. Has a car parking. 2 full baths and a powder room. The thermostat did not work. Kitchen has all the necessary appliances. Dining and living area are great too. You need to climb 15 steps to get to living area and another 12-15 to get to bedrooms. I am mentioning this because steps are not very safe for old people. I traveled with my old parents and had to be around to ensure they climb safely. Area is perfect. Check in is easy and straightforward. This is in government camp. The trash was filled when we got there but other than that it was a good and comfortable stay.
