Overall satisfied with the stay. The description matched the photos, as like most homes there, things were outdated and there were still a fair amount of Christmas decorations up. The home was cozy, we loved the back deck because it was railed off completely and with a toddler that was great. The kitchen was totally stocked with appliances, utensils, seasonings, etc. Rooms were clean, bathrooms were clean. Plenty of towels for everyone and bikes in the garage. Hot tub was great also. I did report a broken screen, someone reached out but never came by to repair it. I had an accident and broke my ankle stepping down from the single step into the garage. I am 32 weeks pregnant and went to the ER in bend. Due to no longer walking I had to call family to come help pack and leave on our checkout day. I requested only one (or 2 if possible) hour later checkout time to accommodate the unforeseen accident and help needed and was denied. I felt that was unreasonable of them, and I provided proof

Very nice spacious home on the north end of Sunriver. Comfortable bed. Nice kitchen, hot tub and deck. Quiet neighborhood.

This home felt like a home! Fully stocked kitchen, wonderful deck and grill but the best part was the softest bath towels on earth! This home was wonderfully tucked away from the busy Village yet close enough to bike to the Village. Would highly recommend this home! Thanks for the great family memories.
