The Sunriver Homeowners' Aquatic and Recreation Center is less than two miles away, while the Village is a one-and-a-half-mile drive. The home itself is relatively modern, with a large central living space. The living area features an oversized sectional couch that's big enough for the whole group to lounge on while basking in the warmth from the wood-burning stove or watching a movie on the flat screen TV. (Cable, WiFi, and a Blu-Ray player are all provided.) The fully equipped kitchen is ready to tackle everything from a hearty home-cooked dinner to a quick snack. There's room for everyone at the eight-person dining table. After your meal, retreat to the private hot tub for a rejuvenating soak - nothing soothes tired muscles quite like relaxing in a hot tub! In nice weather, the patio is also a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee. Back inside, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom home has space for up to eight overnight guests. The gas fireplace/stove was amazingly efficient!

The home worked well for our group of six, it was generally clean given the age of the home and very well stocked in the kitchen. It could use a deep clean but coming off the high season this is to be expected. Only “down sides” were that the furniture for the common space was too big making the area feel tiny with 6 people. Bedding also needs updated as it was pretty threadbare. Also bring extra pool towels as they only provide 5 of them and one towel per person

Enjoyed the house. Kitchen is more than fully stocked dish/appliance wise. One of the best rides to the villiage and SHARC I’ve had in all my years of summer trips to Sun River.
