The house was very nice and clean and the location was ideal being close to SHARC. Parking was plentiful and the house was quiet and comfortable. Our family had a great stay! The passes for SHARC were great to have. The only comments we have are that the house was not as well stocked with kitchen items as we would have hoped and we read conflicting information about trash pick up, checkout time, and procedures in the house manual when compared to emails received from Avari. Otherwise a wonderful stay!

We loved the location and the proximity to the SHARC and the Village. We love the bike trails in Sunriver. The house worked well for our family with great space for the kids. The beds and linens were good quality. The house could use a deep cleaning. We noticed a lot of dust on window sills, under furniture, and it snowed dust when we turned on the ceiling fan. Also, when the sun shines through the kitchen window in the morning, a lot of cobwebs are visible. The bikes could use some maintenance; some are in poor condition. Other than that, we loved the rental!
