With plush living quarters, a well-equipped kitchen, and many scenic windows, you will find yourself utilizing every corner of this retreat.

One of the premier attractions of Sunriver awaits at SHARC only a short walk away, with free passes providing access to the facility's acclaimed pools and aquatic attractions. Provided bicycles provide access to 40 miles of paved trails. Other summer activities include; kayaking along the Deschutes River and horseback riding. Wintertime guests can enjoy a shuttle to Mount Bachelor and a tubing hill a short walk from the door. The Village at Sunriver features shopping and dining year-round.

Great place to stay in SunRiver, great bikes for family to ride, kitchen is great, having lots of quality cooking tools and well stocked. Others have mentioned train traffic but we barely noticed that. We’d definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for our family of four plus grandma. It was hot during the afternoons during our visit, so the central air conditioning was a great feature of this house. The location is excellent. It’s a close walk to the SHARC and the Village is accessible by foot or a short bike ride. We racked our own bikes since we are never sure if the bikes that come with a house rental will be good sizes. This house has several bikes…look in the back side of the shed for the mountain bikes and the front side of the shed for the cruisers.

The house comes as advertised. The advertisement shows hot tub, but there’s no private hot tub at the house. It’s part of the SHARC. It was ok for our family to not have a private hot tub and just use the one at the SHARC.

Overall, this is a peaceful property. It’s off the main road so there’s not much traffic near the house itself. But it’s close enough to the main road to access other places in Sunriver easily.

Walking distance to the SHARC, tidy/everything was in working order, AC worked great and very quiet. Furnishings are dated (flashback to my 80's childhood), only one TV which is in the kids' room and the driveway turn in is tight if you have a larger car/truck. Overall a good spot to stay to enjoy Sunriver.
