While the beach is just steps from your rental, you'll find even more opportunities for fun in the sun at places like the Track where you can hop in a go-kart, play mini-golf, or brave the SkyFlyer, located right across the road. Race down some incredible water slides at Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park, less than a mile west. Or head to Henderson Beach State Park, a mile-and-a-half east, where you can hike the nature trail, do a little fishing, or relax on the warm sands. Things to Know There is an Elevator in the building. This unit has a max occupancy, including children. These are rules set by the State of Florida and the State of Florida Fire Codes. The Fire Codes go by square footage and not the beds in a unit. If you arrive with more than the max occupancy listed, the HOA will not allow you to check-in and you will not be entitled to a refund.

Loved the views! Room was clean. Beach, shops, stores, and restaurants were close by. We are looking forward to staying in 405 in the future. We truly had a great time at Sterling sands and with our first time in Destin. We had always before been Daytona Fl. people. We’ll be back!

This has been our favorite condo so far. The room was comfortable, the a/c was cold, there were extra fans, the carpet was new & clean, the beds were comfortable, and the roll away bed was extremely helpful. However, when it comes to Vacasa itself, there is too much miscommunication. We were granted a complimentary early check in & given the access code. Upon early arrival we discovered we had no parking passes or wristbands for the property & the office was closed. When we called Vacasa we were told we weren't supposed to check in early & going to be charged extra. It took well over an hour & multiple people to sort out the situation after a long day of travel. We had to make phone calls to security so our cars wouldn't get towed due to no parking passes as well. It was a major headache. Elevator stopped working but was fixed in a timely manner. Bathtub held water the entirety of our stay and we're pretty sure the oven/stove is going out. Overall our stay wasn't ruined, we had a great time and just worked around the hiccups.
