The ladies at the property front desk were not friendly at first. Their attitude came off as a “not my issue so oh well.” There was confusion because prior to arrival I did not receive the “jot form” link from Avari management. I had to contact Avari management who also spoke with the front desk clerk to try and get it resolved. After that interaction, the ladies at the front desk demeanor improved and they were more willing to help resolve the issue. The room was clean and fit the listing description. I was surprised to find out the day before arrival there was a 15 plus tax resort fee per person for amenities. Unfortunately, this unit did not come with a complimentary umbrella and beach chairs which was a bummer after being charged the resort. The property was nice, clean and quiet.

Absolutely amazing place to stay, lots of space. 2nd bedroom with the king was like its own room, had its own bathroom, kitchenette. Views from the king bedrooms and living room area beautiful. Loved cooking breakfast with the view of the ocean. Furniture and place outdated but we knew this from the pictures. Quiet, felt safe in the area, in knowing security is on premises ensuring only guest on property. Beach very clean, compared to public beach On Henderson park. Unfortunately we had red rip current advisory’s during our stay but loved our time in Destin. After booking surprise about the additional HOA fees per person. Will definitely return to Unit 701.

Very nice condo but needed a few repairs while we were there, but know big deal that’s what you get with rentals! The only thing we didn’t like was how expensive beach chair rentals were and lasted only till 5pm!
